The Terrace Room
The Terrace Room is Zinnia’s primary dining and event space, ideal for hosting a variety of gatherings. Whether you’re planning a charming brunch, a delightful baby or wedding shower, a heartfelt memorial, or even a small wedding reception, this elegant space provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The room comfortably accommodates up to 65 guests for a seated meal or up to 85 guests for a mingling, cocktail-style event. With its adaptable layout and sophisticated ambiance, the Terrace Room sets the stage for unforgettable moments, surrounded by Zinnia’s renowned gardens and timeless charm.
The Whole Upstairs Floor
With a capacity to accommodate up to 100 guests for dinner or as many as 150 for a cocktail-style gathering, The Whole Upstairs Floor is an expansive and adaptable space designed to bring people together. Its seamless layout combines elegance and versatility, making it perfect for any event—whether you’re envisioning a formal dinner, a festive cocktail party, or a celebration that flows effortlessly from one moment to the next. The Whole Upstairs Floor offers the flexibility to create a truly unforgettable experience, tailored to your unique needs.
The Parlor Room
The Parlor Room at Zinnia offers an intimate and stylish setting for smaller gatherings and private events. Perfect for both seated meals and casual cocktail-style receptions, this newly renovated space provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for your group.
For a seated meal, the Parlor Room can accommodate up to 21 guests at the main table, with space for an additional 16 guests in an adjacent room connected by a small hallway featuring two private restrooms.
For a more casual affair, the space can be arranged for a cocktail-style event, complete with a small bar and buffet. It comfortably accommodates up to 35 guests in a mostly standing setup with limited seating. The Parlor Room’s flexible layout makes it an ideal choice for intimate celebrations and private dining experiences.
Events in the Garden
Zinnia’s beautiful gardens provide a stunning backdrop for a wide range of events, offering both semi-private and fully private options to suit your needs. Whether you’re planning a seated meal, a lively cocktail party, a wedding ceremony, or something entirely unique, the gardens provide the perfect setting for your celebration. With endless possibilities for customization, you can create a truly memorable outdoor experience.

Monday & Tuesday Events
As Zinnia is closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays, these days offer a unique opportunity for private events. Whether you’re planning a business meal, family gathering, or any other special occasion, the flexibility of these days allows for a more personalized experience. We’re happy to open our doors exclusively for your event, ensuring a private and tailored atmosphere.
Please note, pricing starts at $3,500 for private events on Mondays or Tuesdays.
